How to Be, Do, or Have
by Steve Straus
Over many years a lot has been written about how to create what you want to Be, Do, or Have and it can all be summarized into four steps.
First, THINK about what you want. For example, do you want to be strong? Think about being strong. This is the easiest step.
Next, FEEL what you want. This step is a little tricker because you are learning to feel something you do not yet have. For instance, how can you feel strong if you are not yet strong?
Play with this and you’ll quickly get it.
Next, BELIEVE that what you think about and feel about will come to pass. This is not an activity of faith nor about practicing affirmations, though both are fine if they work for you. It is about starting to notice where other outcomes you’ve wanted have shown up. You are now choosing to practice the process with a new outcome. Believing that you will become stronger will help pull you into action.
Finally, BE, DO, or HAVE what you want.
