Community Involvement
Andrea recognizes the importance of giving, whether it’s through charitable work, networking or helping others. She does this through her non-profit work at places such as Babson College’s Center for Women’s Leadership and the International Coach Federation of New England, where she is a Past President.
She enjoys inviting others to participate in her giving programs – sharing the opportunity to see what is possible through involvement. Andrea organizes Pounce on a Project – a monthly call to action for people to take on that special project that never seems to get done. Building relationships between and among people is one of Andrea’s values that she clearly honors. Here are some of the activities she is currently involved in:

Being Resourceful at Holliston High School

If you are like most people, you already have more than enough resources (people, places, things) in your life that can be used for support or help when needed. But, are you using them effectively to increase your productivity and profitability?

Your ability to systematically identify these assets and use them is an important key to your success. Coach Andrea’s interactive session will provide the tools to show you how to capitalize on your resources to achieve the results taht are most important to you. Through exercises, pairings, group sharing and handouts, you’ll learn how to identify your resources, use them to the fullest and handle resource roadblocks.

In this two night workshop, Positive Leadership Dynamics, in collaboration with One Journey Consulting, will help participants explore their passions and articulate their purpose. Over the course of two consecutive evening sessions in July, participants will have the opportunity to explore their opportunities, seek solutions, and create a new pathway of action for a more meaningful daily life. ICFNE Presidents Panel: Collaboration – A Creative Alternative

I will be presenting at the ICFNE conference this year with three of my colleagues: Cheryl Dolan, Monica Brunaccine and Bill Sex. Accomplishing Goals that Truly Matter to West Suburban Chapter of Mass Mothers of Twins Association

Andrea will provide her six-step program for identifying what’s important to you and creating and achieving goals that fit your priorities. The West Suburban Chapter Massachusetts Mothers Of Twins Association provides educational, social and emotional support to mothers and expectant mothers of multiples in Boston’s western suburbs. Members meet monthly to discuss the unique challenges of parenting multiples and to hear speakers on a variety of parenting topics. With over 500 members, they are the largest mothers of twins organization in New England.

Andrea to Offer an Afternoon of Coaching in Celebration of International Coaching Week

The Eleventh Annual International Coaching Week is February 1 – 7, 2009. The event is designed to provide a week each year to educate the public about the benefits of coaching. This week is dedicated to sharing this process with others and to provide a public service as the coaching profession’s way of contributing back to the community in which we live and work.
