Pounce on a Project

Are there projects that you’ve been avoiding for a l-o-n-g time?
Would it make it easier to accomplish a project if you had the support of others?
Would regular check-ins on progress or talking about potential roadblocks help you move those projects forward?

If you said “yes” to any of the previous questions,
then perhaps it’s time to Pounce!

“Pounce on a Project” is an opportunity for you to focus your energy and attention on that one project that you’ve been avoiding – and get it done! Partner with a select group of other Pouncers on your selected morning and incorporate goal-setting, accountability, road-block management and your own cheering squad to finish and move past that incomplete work that is sapping your energy.

How It Works:

We join as a group by phone at 9:00 am and, one by one, declare what we each want to accomplish that day. It can be anything: completing a client project, organizing your office, simplifying your filing system, cleaning under your bed, finishing your website, or planning your pricing strategy for your new products – whatever it is that’s been sitting on your to-do list, un-done.

During the morning, the group gathers by phone periodically to check progress and get any support needed to finish with a bang.

At noon, the group gets together one last time to celebrate our accomplishments!
