It’s important to periodically step back from your day to day business and think about all of the ways that you serve your customers.

Recently, when I did this I thought about how I can best serve you with my writing. I like to write about topics that I find interesting and that I think are important. Also, when I know that the topic at hand will help my readers move their business forward, it drives me to get my content published so that you will see it and be able to use it.

To that end, I’m writing this month to make a request of you. In order for me to provide you with the content that will serve you best, I’m hoping that you can guide me by answering a few questions:

  • What topics do you find most interesting?
  • What challenges are you facing in your work?
  • What questions do you have that you’d like to find answers to?
