Coaching Process

Small shifts can produce meaningful changes.

How coaching works

I have found it beneficial to have a process for working with my clients, so they know what to expect. Generally, growth and learning don’t follow a linear path. As you gain clarity in one area, it can have a cascading and profound impact on other areas of your business and life.

When we work together, we will:

Untangle

the complex issues you are facing

First, I listen – actively, and attentively. By stripping away all the excess, I help you identify and focus on what’s most important to you. I bring my head, heart and gut to our work, building our relationship and connection while challenging you to reflect, grow and develop.

While our primary focus is achieving your business goals, our work encompasses who you are and what makes you tick. Consider me your sounding board as I guide you to think strategically and practically.

Identify

what matters most to you and your business

My coaching process helps you understand yourself, your values and needs, and empowers you to create a vision of what you want to achieve. As you gain insights and awareness, you become more open to new approaches and actions. Momentum builds and your goals become attainable.

Our work helps you become authentic and honest with yourself. By valuing feedback and being receptive to diverse perspectives, you accomplish your goals and build on your vision.

Leverage

tools and processes to achieve the results you desire

Taking into account your learning style, preferences, and time, we decide on the tools that are most beneficial to your journey forward. Some of these tools include third-party input, while others are based on self-reflection.

Change occurs over time, as you begin to view aspects of your work, your behavior, and your life differently. You become more adept at determining which actions are most beneficial to get you where you want to go.

Getting started

There is no right or wrong approach to how you begin your coaching program; rather, it is simply a question of style and preference.

Among the tools I use in the coaching process is The Results AcceleratorTM. We examine your business and life experiences, past work patterns, strengths, and beliefs. We also analyze the obstacles you are encountering today. Through key creative exercises, you identify your core values, behaviors that are positive and negative, and areas of your work that you are most excited about.

The best way to understand the value of coaching is to experience it firsthand.
